Having Giggles lay back on the exam table, Doctor Nicole put a probe cover over Giggles' big toes. Doctor Nicole told Giggles to close her eyes so the doctor could insert her patient’s big toe into her mouth before removing it, unbeknownst to her patient what was actually happening. Doctor Nicole asks if Giggles could tell the difference in temperature before asking Giggles to close her eyes while Doctor Nicole ats the “test”. “Perfect, she didn’t suspect a thing,” was all Doctor Nicole Could think! With her eyes closed, Giggles had no idea what was going on! To conclude her over-the-top foot exam, Doctor Nicole gives Giggles a foot massage using a Hitachi Magic Wand. While Giggles find this stranger, she doesn't question what the doctor says needs to be done! The patients never suspect a thing other than a thorough and caring podiatrist!
